Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had quite large and beautiful rooms with room darkening drapes, perfect after a long journey. The French style added a charming touch but the 5th-floor room was smaller and had a musty smell. The complimentary drinks at the bar were a nice touch.
The hotel is located on the 8th floor, facing the atrium which provides a quiet environment for a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate two persons, but being inside the Patio makes them dark with limited fresh air. The service was polite and helpful overall with some issues regarding pricing being raised. The location is convenient for exploring the city with easy access to key attractions, although proximity to the air con system can be a bit noisy. The dining experience offered a mix of local and international cuisine, though it fell short in comparison to other properties. The facilities here cater to basic needs without any standout features.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable with great amenities, and I had a fantastic night's sleep after a long journey. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and efficient team making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, close to must-visit areas like Hanoi's old and French quarters. The dining experience was very good, offering a nice variety of choices. Overall, a wonderful experience worth every penny.
I arrived feeling tired after a long journey but was greeted by the large and beautiful room with perfect room darkening drapes. The mustiness in the room was a downside, but overall, it was a nice experience.
My stay at the hotel was truly fantastic. The rooms felt a bit damp, but the complimentary evening drinks at the bar were a nice touch. Surprisingly, the room had all the essentials we needed, like an iron, which was hard to come by during our time in Vietnam. The room was spacious with a large bed, an outstanding breakfast selection, and great in-house coffee.
